Crowborough Scout Group at the Remembrance Day Parade 2007

On behalf of the Crowborough Branch RBLI should like to take this opportunity to thank you for your participation in the 2007Annual. Service of Remembrance on the 12th November at All Saints Church, Chapel Green, it was very much appreciated.

I have received a request from the Royal British Legion for us to attend the Remembrance Day service on the 11th November 2007.  There are 2 time slots - 11am at the War Memorial and 1.45pm in Croft Road car park (behind Waitrose).  The latter time is for a parade through the town to the Memorial followed by a service in All Saints.  I will be at the parade and the service and it would be great to have the majority of the group at that.  However, it would also be great to have us represented at the morning service.  Please can I have some sections volunteering for the morning service - you wont need to go to both!
Of course as always, the service is voluntary but the parade and wreath laying should be part of our service to those who have died in conflict.
thanks
John Easton GSL
